People from our nearby communities that require therapy services without an admission to our facility can receive the same quality of care on an out-patient basis.  We will provide free transportation to our facility, within a 25 mile radius, in our facility van and return you to your home after your therapy appointment. Our out-patient rehabilitation program includes Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Respiratory Therapy services.

In addition, our residents frequently achieve a level of function that enables them to go home, but still require more rehabilitation to enhance their independent lifestyles.  Our out-patient therapy services allow for a seamless transition to home, while continuing rehabilitation with the therapists that they have come to know so well during their stay. A comfortable ride to and from their homes in our facility van helps to minimize the effort required to continue to meet their therapy goals for independence, strength and endurance.
